Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Peerless Subsidiaries.
• As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improvement
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement business solutions, including process improvements and technology solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop business cases
• Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and requirements documentation

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, management, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas simply
• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, including business process modelingand use cases

Salary
N400,000 - N550,000 Monthly.
