We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are looking to recruit result driven and detail-oriented Business Development Executives to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase the company's investment sales.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors.
• Build new relationships with existing customers and new customers.
• Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
• Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products together with the business development team to achieve the overall deposit targets.
• To drive the deposit mobilization arm of the business.
• Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the company.

Requirements

• BSc / HND.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in investment banking, financial institutions, insurance sector, marketing & others.
• Have the ability to initiate and pursue projects approved by management on his initiative.
• Confident personality with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a female between (20 -35) years age bracket.
• Must reside in Abuja.
• Excellent verbal & business writing skills (proposal) and presentation.
• Target and results-oriented and willing to take responsibilities.
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a basic level of sophistication in personal interaction and grooming.

Experience:

• Sales or Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Banking, Investment or Insurance: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary
N500,000 - N900,000 Annually
