Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager & Brand/Marketing Manager to join our team.
• This remote role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the company's brand and marketing initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, creative marketing skills, and experienced in the construction and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Primary Focus):

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and interior design projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiate deals, manage client expectations, and ensure successful project onboarding.
• Collaborate with project manager to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Track business development metrics and report progress to the management.
• Conduct Market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.

Brand &Marketing (Secondary Focus):

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all channels and communications.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
• Coordinate with creative agencies or in-house designers for marketing materials and campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, website content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote company services and projects.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / month.
