FundQuest seeks to provide the much-needed leadership required in the finance houses sub-sector, and in conjunction with other operators and regulators, galvanise the sector to become a major contributor to Nigeria’s GDP. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Lead, Retail Credit Location: Lagos Job Requirements

Extensive understanding of both the traditional and fintech model of consumer lending
Strong knowledge of the retail loan market, including its structure, products, customer behaviour, competitive forces and other peculiar dynamics
Proven ability to develop commercial awareness within market clusters or geographies
A good Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail or consumer loan management at a retail financial institution or business division
Demonstrable and verifiable ability to originate, manage and maintain high quality retail loans in a technology-driven environment
