FundQuest seeks to provide the much-needed leadership required in the finance houses sub-sector, and in conjunction with other operators and regulators, galvanise the sector to become a major contributor to Nigeria’s GDP. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Business Lead, Retail Credit Location: Lagos Job Requirements

• Extensive understanding of both the traditional and fintech model of consumer lending
• Strong knowledge of the retail loan market, including its structure, products, customer behaviour, competitive forces and other peculiar dynamics
• Proven ability to develop commercial awareness within market clusters or geographies
• A good Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail or consumer loan management at a retail financial institution or business division
• Demonstrable and verifiable ability to originate, manage and maintain high quality retail loans in a technology-driven environment
