Responsibilities and Duties

• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls
• Verifying information
• Converting leads to sales
• Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Making outbound calls
• Reporting customers queries
• Responding to Live chats

Requirements
Qualification:

• OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
• 0-1 year work experience.
