Job Title: Call Centre Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction to drive sales and Marketing team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or sales.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments/officers.
• Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Adhere to shift schedules, break times, and daily workflows.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
• Record call details and maintain call logs or Customers Relationship Management)CRM entries.
• Meet personal/team targets for call handling and quality.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND (HND or BSc is a plus)
• 4 - 6 years experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
• Training in customer relations is an advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Good command of English (and local languages if required).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with CRM or call centre software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho).
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Patience and emotional intelligence.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / Month.
