We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Lead the technology team, developing and implementing a technology vision and roadmap aligned with Clearer business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and highperformance full-stack systems using C# ASP.NET and React.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and advancements, evaluating their potential impact on Clearer and recommending appropriate technologies.
• Lead the development and maintenance of user interfaces using React and related technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience for our financial applications.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant focus on full-stack development and fintech applications.
• 3+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Solid experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management. Proven experience working in the fintech industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial systems, regulations, and security requirements (compulsory).
• Experience with API development, integration, and security protocols. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in: Backend technologies C# ASP.NET and SQL Server and Frontend dReact and related technologies (JSX, Webpack).

Salary
N700,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
