Job Title: Client Service Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ability to handle professional camera will be an added advantage
• Manage an up to date Traffic schedule
• Submit traffic report twice a week of a traffic on all company structures & Boards
• Snap dated and coded pictures campaign for Clients reports
• Relate with accounts on all boards that have expired, or is about to expire.
• Send an expiration reminder to account on all campaigns, two weeks before expiration.
• Inform operation team not more than one week to the expiration of all ongoing campaigns.
• Submit a pictorial update of all locations at least once a week
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays
• Write report for Clients on all ongoing campaign
• Do a daily check on all boards and ensure there is a maximum of 24hours turnaround on board maintenance.
• Relate with operations team on all locations that need maintenance.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / month.
