Job Title: Color Theorist
Location: Lagos

Description 

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Color Theorist to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for color and a deep understanding of color theory.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing color palettes for various media, including film, photography, and digital design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement color palettes for film, photography, and digital design projects.
• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and designers to achieve desired color aesthetics.
• Troubleshoot color-related issues and provide solutions.
• Research and analyze color trends and industry best practices.
• Create color grading and correction workflows for different media formats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest color grading and correction techniques.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of color theory and color psychology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in color grading and correction software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Excellent eye for detail and color accuracy

Other Requirements:

• Passion for film, photography, and digital design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques

Salary
N275,000 - N400,000 monthly (Competitive salary and benefits package).
