Minimum Qualification Required:
- 5 years’ experience in marketing communications planning/management
- Minimum level of education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Language (s): English
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Driver’s Licence: Yes
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic, integrated, effective communications processes and plans that support our overall brand strategy.
The candidate will need to have great knowledge of the Nigerian property and entertainment industry; and must be well-informed on all HNI events going on around Lagos or within Nigeria as a whole. This candidate will be tasked to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and suppliers in order to deliver our strategy.
Essential Requirements:
- Positioning of luxury brands and brand association
- Key Performance Areas (KPA’s)
- Media liaison, including development and maintenance of a media database, contacts and relationships
- Assist in the development, review, revision and implementation of policies
- Assist in developing and maintaining branding and visual identity guidelines
- Advise on and execute business communications plans (internal and external
- Manage and implement pro-active public relations and crisis communications strategies
- Assist with communication of CSI and Sponsorship strategies
- Event management, networking sessions, presentations and other interventions with investors including the coordination of marketing materials and drafting of content
- Annual report project management including drafting and collation of content
- As a member of the Marketing team, act as Brand custodian and manage the application of the company’s Corporate Identity where applicable
- Account for ROI for all marketing and communications programmes
- Responsible for copywriting and editing all communication (internal and external)
- Knowledge of Public Relations (essential)
- Uploading of relevant information on the intranet and/or the website
