Job Title: Community Evangelist

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• Are you passionate about connecting with people and sharing God’s love?
• The Empowered Tribe is seeking a dedicated Community Evangelist to engage with our local community, gather prayer requests, and invite individuals to experience fellowship and faith in our church.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit homes, businesses, and public spaces to connect with community members.
• Listen with compassion and collect prayer requests to share with the church's prayer team.
• Extend personal invitations to church services, events, and programs.
• Build meaningful relationships that reflect the love and teachings of Jesus Christ.
• Serve as a bridge between the community and the church, fostering a welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 10 years of work experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Approachable and able to engage with people from all walks of life.
• Familiarity with the local community is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in community outreach, sales, or marketing is a plus.
• Only Spirit-filled, born-again Christians need apply. Successful applicants must be comfortable with the ethos of The Empowered Tribe ministry and are required to be actively involved in the ministry. Anyone unable to meet this requirement need not apply.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
