Job Description

• We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Ministry Operations Coordinator to join our team.
• This dual role combines spiritual leadership with operational management, ensuring that our ministry fulfills its mission effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and spiritual oversight to staff, volunteers, and the community.
• Lead worship services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and spiritual counseling sessions.
• Develop, implement, and oversee ministry programs and outreach initiatives.
• Plan and organize events, mission trips, and community service projects.
• Serve as a liaison between the ministry and external partners, including local churches and community organizations.
• Ensure the smooth operation of ministry activities while fostering a Christ-centered environment.
• Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including staff coordination, budgeting, and resource management.
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in pastoral ministry or church leadership.
• Deep commitment to Christian values and a passion for serving others.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead others with compassion and integrity.
• Experience in community outreach, missions, or NGO work is an asset.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience managing ministry programs and operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
