We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Engineer

Locations: Port Harcourt - Rivers and Bayelsa
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop Construction Plans and Work Procedures
• Provide inputs for Technical and Commercial bid packages for prospective project opportunities.
• Provide necessary status updates and response to Contractors, Clients and Company Leadership
• Regularly assess all projects to suggest different cost-saving techniques for construction projects.
• Identify technical problems in the construction process.
• Constantly evaluate construction resources for projects and make recommendations to Project Management based on findings.
• Inspection of all drawings and designs before they are implemented and ensuring that during the construction phase, the construction is in line with approved drawings and designs.
• Overseeing different engineering processes in construction projects
• Keep an up-to-date understanding of Contractual scope of work for all projects to prevent project delays and raise change orders when any task required to be done isn't captured in the contractual scope of work and actively drive projects to completion.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng qualification with 5 - 10 years work experience.
