About the job

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• He/She must have a strong background in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Technology, and Architecture with 10 years at the managerial level of Solid experience at the foundation, carcass, and finishing levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit progress reports, budget updates, and other project documentation as required
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay within budget constraints
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction
• Manage and supervise construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• PMP certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in project management software and tools
