TIM Motors is engaged to become the worldwide professional leader in integrated solutions of engineering machinery, logistics vehicle sales and renting. Our business scope: sales and renting of heavy trucks, light trucks, coaches, mine vehicles, special vehicles, engineering machinery (such as wheel loader, hoister, excavator, etc.); TBR tyres, spare parts sales; vehicle maintenance service.

Job Description
Position Overview:

• The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, brand-aligned content that showcases the company’s vehicles, services, and automotive expertise.
• This role involves creating visual and written content for social media, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• The ideal candidate is creative, confident on camera, and able to communicate automotive features in a relatable and appealing way.
• This role encourages female professionals with a passion for automobiles and content creation to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Media Production:

• Produce high-quality videos, photos, and short clips for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Create product showcase videos for new car models, features, test drives, and car care tips.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and promotional content tailored to each platform.
• Develop storytelling content that highlights brand values, customer success stories, and product benefits.

Automobile-Focused Responsibilities:

• Understand car features, specifications, selling points, and competitive differences.
• Simplify technical information into user-friendly content for potential buyers.
• Participate in creative brainstorming for campaigns and automotive storytelling themes.

On-Camera Presentation:

• Present confidently in videos, walkthroughs, and car feature demonstrations.
• Represent the brand professionally and consistently in all visual content.
• Maintain a polished appearance suitable for video production.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries and comments where necessary, and support online brand presence.
• Track performance metrics and recommend content improvements.

Marketing & Brand Support:

• Work with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns for new vehicle launches.
• Assist in designing marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and product highlight slides.
• Attend company events, exhibitions, and vehicle showcases to create real-time content.

Requirements

• Strong interest in automobiles and the ability to learn car features quickly.
• 5 years of Proven experience in content creation, videography, or social media management.
• Confident on camera with a strong personal presentation.
• Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
• Photography and basic graphic design skills are an added advantage.

• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and communication skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
