Overview

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to enhance our online presence and engage our audience across various platforms.
• This role involves developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and design engaging posts, graphics, and videos for social media channels.
• Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform content decisions.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in social media and/or community engagement
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin) and their respective best practices, algorithms and trends.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (eg canvas, adobe creative suite etc)
• Candidates with a solid understanding of financial markets will be preferred; however, strong content creation skills are highly valued, and we are open to providing training in financial concepts for those who excel in creative content development.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g Hootsuite, Buffer, sprout social) for scheduling, analytics and engagement tracking

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 / month.
