About the Role

• Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Banking Manager to join its dynamic team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing corporate banking relationships, driving profitability, and providing tailored financial solutions to corporate clients across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and structure complex financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with product and risk teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
• Monitor account performance, ensure compliance, and proactively mitigate portfolio risks.
• Drive cross-selling of the bank’s products and services across corporate banking clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers and key stakeholders.
• Lead credit analysis, proposal preparation, and presentation to credit committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA or professional qualification is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, corporate lending, and regulatory requirements.
• 5 – 12 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, with proven track record in relationship management and business development.
• Strong financial analysis, credit appraisal, and negotiation skills.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N2,000,000 monthly.
