Pensions Alliance Limited (PAL Pensions) is a licensed Pension Fund Administrator with over 10 years of professional experience in Pension Funds Administration. We were incorporated on April 14, 2005 to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004.

We are recruiting to fill the positions of:

 

 

Job Title: Copy Writer / Content Developer and Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating copy and contents that will be used across the brand’s platforms, internally and external.
  • Managing the digital marketing growth of the brand.
  • Working closely with the Art director as a creative team to curate brand concepts.
  • Generating content calendar for social media use.
  • Creating email marketing contents.
  • Optimizing the website content for SEO.
  • Developing contents that will be used across the brand owned and 3rd party blogs.
  • Any other task as advised by the Head, Brand Management and Communications.

Requirements

  • Should possess a minimum educational qualification of a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in related fields.
  • A post graduate degree and/or professional certification(s) in related fields will be of added advantage.
  • Three(3) to Five (5) years' experience of copywriting/content development and digital marketing in a reputable organisation.
  • Impeccable eye for detail and command of the English language.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and other digital collaterals.
  • Strong ideation skills preferably gained from agency background.
  • Ability to use WordPress.
  • Working knowledge of Google Adword and Analytics.
  • Meticulous and well driven.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and responsive in a fast-moving & dynamic environment.
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills.

 

 

 

Job Title: Art Director / Corporate Communications Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide creative visual support to the organization.
  • Visually represent internal communication materials.
  • Creating and sharing corporate communications visuals.
  • Design marketing collateral (digital, traditional media, merchandise, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external agencies on bigger campaign production.
  • Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions.
  • Manage the ‘look and feel’ of all digital properties.
  • Support dissemination of PAL Pensions culture internally through visual representation.

Requirements

  • Should possess a minimum educational qualification of a 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in related fields.
  • A post graduate degree and/or professional certification(s) in related fields will be of added advantage.
  • Four(4) to Five(5) years' experience in advertising art direction and corporate communications within a reputable organisation.
  • Hands-on animation and User Interface design experience.
  • Impeccable design and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to use design applications like Adobe Suite and CorelDraw.
  • Strong ideation skills.
  • Working knowledge of the digital landscape as well as traditional advertising.
  • Meticulous and well driven.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and responsive in a fast-moving & dynamic environment.
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills.

 

 

 

Job Title: Copy Brand Marketing and Communications Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Watching of trends on social media to identify and propose what trend(s) the brand should take advantage of.
  • Social media competitive monitoring and reporting.
  • Project manage the department’s engagement programs and activities.
  • Support the corporate communications officer in gathering and disseminating information internally.
  • Act as the first line of communication with agencies and other 3rd party partners.
  • Any other task as advised by the Head, Brand Management and Communications or any other senior member of the team.
  • Provide administrative support in the department.

Requirements

  • Should possess a minimum educational qualification of a 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in related fields.
  • A post graduate degree and/or professional certification(s) in related fields will be of added advantage.
  • Zero(0) to Two(2) years' experience in related fields.
  • Excellent time management skills with strong ability to multi-task.
  • Meticulous and well driven.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and responsive in a fast-moving & dynamic environment.
