Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • He / she would provide technical support to ensure that the company runs smoothly
  • Installing and Configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring, maintaining and ensuring that all computers, electronic devices and machines printers, scanners, photocopiers remote controls and other IT equipment are fully functioning and trouble shoot where necessary. Attending to Network Issues and Wiring
  • Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance, upgrades, replacement and assist in hardware and software inventory management.
  • Recommend and obtain equipment and replacement specialist components fixtures or fittings.
  • Identify how performance can be improved. Budgeting for equipment and assembly costs.
  • Setting up accounts for new users. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT equipment health and safety measures.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related Science / Engineering field
  • 1-2 years of IT-related experience.
  • Applicant must possess basic knowledge of IT.
  • Keenly interested in learning and improving that knowledge base.
  • Basic Support (Network & Troubleshooting) skills
  • Knowledge and ability and experience in setting up LAN, WAN, Computers, Printers, Outlook, MS office etc.
  • Experience in support Windows Operating System.

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • As a Site Supervisor, you will monitor the progress of projects with clients while ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations
  • You will supervise construction workers and subcontractors, educate construction workers on site safety practices, and evaluate employee performance
  • You should be detail-oriented, hands on and knowledgeable of general labor equipment and construction safety regulations
  • You are able to interpret site routes as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
  • Reporting to management the daily tasks delegated to your team.
  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate errors.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
  • Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  • To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
  • Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
  • Support Project Manager and Engineers
  • Control material wastage and manage workers on site
  • Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Maintaining sufficient management and overseeing daily operations
  • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
  • Communicate with clients regarding products and services
  • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
  • At least 2 year(s) of supervisory experience required

Job Title: Inventory Assistant

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tasks in inventory management and accurate inventory control, processing requests leading to inventory movement on and off-site, and fulfilling customer metric reporting.
  • Performs inventory management related functions such as monitoring slow moving and dead inventory, conduct cycle counting, yearly physical inventories, and reporting.
  • Daily job is to keep count of the inventory in the factory, and manage the incoming and outgoing material. To support spares and materials inventory management i.e. stocks accuracy and replenishment, perform receiving & in-stock and update inventory
  • May be required to perform purchasing functions including but not limited to: backorder reporting and expediting, direct factory shipments, 3rd party support, managing quotes, document control, records maintenance, and resolving open invoices or pricing issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline

Job Title: Client Executive

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Client Executive will be reporting directly to the CEO. You will be working within an innovative, forward thinking and highly enthusiastic team

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the company and the clients. You will be the face of the company and a custodian of the company’s values.
  • Manage a portfolio of a range of small to large, complex and/ or multinational clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts with your assigned accounts.
  • Manage the full breadth of activities within your client list
  • Maintain strong follow up systems or timely completion of projects/ assignments and keeping CEO and the clients updated on any developments, status reports related to ongoing projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client, sales, and internal supporting departments. Responsible for ensuring all departments are fully engaged and informed. Co-ordinate with cross- functional teams for smooth execution of all backend operations.

Job Title: Factory / Warehouse Assistant

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Fast paced job
  • Arranging for pick-up and delivery of material to and from the factory and the site while ensuring that all appropriate governmental regulations and company standards are met.
  • Managing the attendance of all the labor, drivers and security.
  • Overseeing material arrival, loading/ offloading of material, transport to and from the factory and site.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
  • Coordinate delivery of supplies required for plant operations.
  • Performs shipping coordination activities such as shipping customer material, handling routine issues, operating basic warehouse equipment, entering shipping information into the customer computer system, and equipment inspections.
  • Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
  • Verify all material is approved by the appropriate department representative prior to their use
  • Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
  • Oversee warehouse safety and assure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.
  • Assure that all material and finished goods are kept in properly designated areas.
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

Criteria

  • 2 shifts – 6 am- 2:30 pm / 2:00 pm- 10 pm
  • Anyone from Lagos or Out of station but has to stay within the factory compound.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse/ Factory Assistant
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
  • Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills, Social Media, Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel) and Whatsapp.
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done

  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
