Job Title: Manager - Technical Support Service (CCD)

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Industry: Manufacturing

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing technical support to the Sales team, promoting & dissemination of technical information to Customers, Distributors, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, etc, ensure availability of technical services by handling customer queries and quality complaints, provide effective pre and post-sales service, training of sales professionals, gathering competitors information and coordinating with the factory.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support to Sales team by organizing seminars and product demo and presentation to key customers and distributors
  • Plan & ensure various technical meets and product demo with key influencers like Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Masons, etc.
  • Effectively handle quality related complaints and provide adequate After Sales Service.
  • Carry out various in-house technical training programmes.
  • Plan and ensure dissemination of technical information to customers through generation of literatures, Demos, mailers etc.
  • Analyse competitor’s quality.
  • Nurturing of key contacts.
  • Training & development of Junior Customer service personnel.
  • Motivation and development of subordinates.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Preparation of reports for HO.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in large construction / building material / construction chemical / infrastructure companies
  • Excel, Word, Power point
  • Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of initiative and assertiveness, Excellent team skills, Ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks
  • Ability to work within a very diverse workplace and environment
  • Must have strong strategic planning/account planning experience
  • Proven skill in consumer insight mining
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

 

Job Title: Head, Brand Management & MIS

Location: Lagos
Industry: Manufacturing

Job Summary

  • The Head of Brand Management & MIS leads brand strategy and drives the operational delivery of strategy that grows market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • He/ She is responsible for creating brand experiences across consumer/customer decision-making journeys.
  • The Head of Brand Management & MIS is essentially tasked with understanding the mindsets and capturing the imaginations of consumers, investors, business leaders, and key influencers in the business’s market. He/ She will uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
  • He/ she will also be responsible for enabling customer-influencer/user-channel research and leveraging those insights in the development of impactful and innovative branding/communication campaigns.

Job Description

  • Custodianship of immediate as well as the long-term health of the brand. Drive brand preference and purchase among end consumers
  • Developing strategies for gaining market share and price premium over competition
  • Applying deep understanding of all customer groups to building insightful communication and programs
  • The role would involve understanding consumers well, use insights to develop a marketing and brand strategy and contribute towards the overall growth
  • Brand-building with a very strong focus on design as look and feel would be a key aspect of this business

Job Title: Manager - Retail Sales (CCD)

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for driving Retail Sales of Construction Chemical Division which is in the business of waterproofing, concrete repair products, industrial flooring, admixtures, tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, etc. by expanding the distribution network through the appointment of Distributors and Retailers across Nigeria. Liaison with technical team for promoting & dissemination of technical information to Customers, Distributors, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, etc. Training of sales professionals, gathering competitor’s information and coordination with supply chain and factory.

Job Description

  • Perform market research to identify the retail business potential for construction chemical products
  • Engage with executives to develop micro-market wise retail strategy and distribution plan
  • Expand distribution network through appointment of Distributors and Retailers
  • Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and retailers to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Develop and implement Distributor / Retailers schemes and promotions, ground activation programs, product visibility campaigns, point of sales merchandizing, etc.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with the distributors and retailers
  • Payment collection and follow-ups
  • Liaison with Technical team to organize seminars, product demo and presentations to key customers and distributors
  • Drive various technical meets and product demo with key influencers like Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Masons, etc.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years retail sales experience in Construction chemical/building material / FMCG companies.

  • Should have a fair understanding of the construction chemical range of products – waterproofing, admixtures, industrial flooring, tile adhesives, grouts, etc
