Integrated Dairies, domiciled in Nigeria and indigineously owned, is a leading producer of dairy products with tentacles indairy-related research. The firm was established in 2003 to help Nigerians and Africans, in extension,experience the true feel of dairy products; primarily fresh milk and yoghurt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service delivery.
• Monitor and report recurring customer issues to management for resolution.
• Provide customers with information about products, promotions, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years experience in customer service, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple customer needs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
