Job Description

• We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 -3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (CRM).
• A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
