It has capacities in all areas requiring solutions for energy services ranging from Offshore Engineering, Power Generation and Distribution, Engineering Procurement and Construction Services, Haulage and Logistics Services, Marine Engineering and Management,  and also has capacity for the supply and distribution of petroleum products including Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), DPK and LPFO at commercial quantities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Oyo

Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

N30,000 - N50,000 monthly.
