Job Description

• This is a full-time role as a Customer Fulfilment Lead at Made By Nigerians. The Customer Fulfilment Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role is located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer fulfilment or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus
• Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
