Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Opebi-Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • Stands as an interface between the customers and the client
  • Ensure existing and new customers are excited about our products & services, with focus on flawless customer services deliveries and continuous improvements.
  • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Carrying out periodic customer satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Attending meetings with customers to build relationships with existing accounts and prospects
  • Cross sell and upsell the Company services.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of long-term sales strategy and goals targeted on growing existing profitable customers and acquiring new customers, markets and market segments.
  • Equip sales team with all necessary information/data to response timely to customer requests and new prospects.
  • Ensure high quality customer service among the team (processing etc.)
  • Working closely with Business Solutions Marketing Manager and Account Managers

Qualification / Experience

  • Minimum 1st Degree (B.Sc. / HND)
  • Minimum of 2 years with valid experience in a call center/ BPO or I.T solutions company
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Should be self driven, strong people relationship skill, accountability and responsibility
  • A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS packages
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem
  • Attention to details, adherence to timelines and should have integrity
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of data
