Job Description

• Vitablom, a leading manufacturer in the bedding and furniture industry and a subsidiary of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products to customers.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Process customer orders, payments, and follow up on deliveries.

Qualifications

• BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management tools.
• Prior experience in retail or product sales is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
