Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Description

• We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Personnel to join our real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to client inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, online).
• Handle complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain client records using CRM tools.
• Support sales and marketing teams in client engagement.
• Provide accurate information on properties and services.
• Schedule and confirm property viewings.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong customer service or client relations experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / Month.
