A reputable Microcredit company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Gusau, Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• 1 Year or more experience as a Customer Service Officer at any institution (preferrably microcredit).
• ONLY current resident Zamfare state will be considered.
• Fluency in Hausa will be a plus.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• HND, NCE, OND, BSc qualification.
