Ampsolve Limited is a licensed Gps vehicle tracking company . We install gps tracking devices in various types of vehicles . We are also a licensed vendor for Federal Road Saftey corps we install Speed Limiter on commerical vehicles . We have been in operation since 2018 when we started as a saftey company and gradually grew to where we are now .

Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to engage with customers to promote our products/services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Respond to emails professionally and promptly
• Follow up on invoice
• Follow up on payment
• Follow up on renewal
• Send necessary documents to clients
• Send out Renewals monthly
• and other functions as determined by the company
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage complaints effectively
• Use Microsoft Office applications efficiently
• Update spreadsheet daily
• Attend Meetings on behalf of Ampsolve
• Send Weekly report

Requirements

• HND or OND / B.Sc Degree
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
• Resident in Maryland / Ketu / Onipani / Anthony environs.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and professional attitude
