Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly skilled and fashion-forward Customer Service Representative to join our team! As the face of our company, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and building brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Handle orders efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and company initiatives
• Provide product information, styling advice, and trend recommendations
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Content creation ability is an added advantage
• The ability to speak and understand Yoruba fluently is a MUST.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fashion industry knowledge (desirable)
