Dews and Petals Limited is the biggest Pest Control Company in Nigeria. We are in the business of protecting food, health and property from the threat of pests. We also provide Cleaning and Moving/Logistics services. Established 2017, Dews and Petals serves 7000+ clients in Abuja, Lagos, Kano and Rivers. Businesses from several industries, public sector organizations and people at home rely on Dews and Petals to protect them against health risks, food contamination and structural damages in buildings caused by pests.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Intern

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Responding promptly to queries.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees
  • Minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to support.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
