What Will You Do?

Increase revenue and loan requests through the efficient use of paid digital advertising
Set up campaigns in Google and Facebook Ads.
Develop the process for community management and influencer marketing
Develop inbound content marketing strategy.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost-efficiency.
Routinely run experiments to maximize results & document learning
Report campaign results to management.

Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate for this role is:

Passionate about customers
Fully understands customer needs, wants, goals, frustrations, and challenges
Skilled at translating the customer persona into winning ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategy.
Highly meticulous (zero tolerance for grammar and spelling errors)
Experienced in running Google & Facebook Ads (3 years or more).
Comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite.
Immersed in the world of financial technology with a clear understanding of credit and lending systems.
Ambitious, friendly, and collaborates across departments with ease.
