Job Title: Distribution Manager
Locations: Kano and Lagos

Job Summary

• Are you an experienced and dynamic professional with a passion for logistics and distribution? Join Vitafoam Nigeria, a leading manufacturer of polyurethane foam products, as a Distribution Manager in our Lagos or Kano office.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating the total flow of logistics process, both inbound and outbound
• Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to optimize product delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and transport partners.
• Monitor distribution performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on distribution operations and performance.
• Manage the entire distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and fleet management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations in Nigeria.
• Experience managing multi-location distribution networks is an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
