• A reputable shipping/custom clearing company is in search of a competent staff with vast knowledge in shipping and custom clearing services.

Roles

• As a customer relation officer, your most important role is leading and motivating the team to ensure they give the best customer service possible to clients
• Handling complaints, queries from customers and staff
• Investigating and solving customers' problem, which may be complex or long standing problems
• Making sure  customers needs are met
• Ensuring client's goods are delivered on time and follow up on jobs

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc qualification
• A minimum of five (5) years experience (preferably a female)
