We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Service Officer

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service order.
• Assist customers with product selection.
• Suggest various product options that available.
• Document customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
• Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information.
• Escalating /engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.

Specification

• B.Sc / HND in any related discipline
• 2 years of e-commerce customer service experience
• Must have e-commerce experience form from any of the e-commerce Companies in Nigeria
• Candidates resing around Ikeja and its environs is preferable.
