We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Service Officer

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Responsibilities

Respond to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service order.
Assist customers with product selection.
Suggest various product options that available.
Document customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information.
Escalating /engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.

Specification

B.Sc / HND in any related discipline
2 years of e-commerce customer service experience
Must have e-commerce experience form from any of the e-commerce Companies in Nigeria
Candidates resing around Ikeja and its environs is preferable.
