Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• Arrange meetings with the clients when details of transactions is to be negotiated.
• Review Marketing Budgets and contribute to managing financial aspects of marketing tasks within the given budgets.
• Investigate clients' financial and credit status in order to determine eligibility for financing.
• Coordinate and implement marketing activities and policies of "Sungond" Real Estate with other team members.
• Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
• Contribute significantly with other team member’s responsibilities of settings the goals and objectives of "Sungold" Real Estate.
• Compile a weekly status report on marketing activities in line with "Sungold" Real Estate sales target.
• Locate and appraise undeveloped areas for building sites, based on evaluations of area market conditions.
• Monitoring competitive activities of other competitors and present findings to head of Department.
• Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
• Planning and organising each day to ensure all opportunities for "Sungold" Real Estate marketing are maximised
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
• Contribute significantly to the Marketing team responsibilities of implementing strategies contributing to achieving sales goals.
• Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff association meetings in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams for the marketing activities.
• Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
• Advise the management to conduct seminars and training sessions in order to improve sales techniques.
• Appraise properties to determine loan values.
• Interprets short and long-term effects on marketing strategies in operating profit for "Sungold" Real Estate.

• HND / Degree qualification in relevant discipline.
