Job Title: Unit Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Calculate premiums on the portal and establish payment methods.
• Recruitment of Risk advisor
• Ensure that proposal forms are completed and payments made to the company in connection with product(s) sold.
• Provide competent consultation to potential clients in the area of financial security.
• Help potential clients plan for a better and secure life through proper financial planning.
• Focusing on closing retail business and Corporate SME's.
• Help potential clients plan and provide for those special occasions in life like children's education, buying of assets etc.
• Training of newly recruited risk advisors
• Meeting expected KPI'S and KPD'S
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking
• Explain features and benefits of various products.
• Sell specified products of the company to promote sales

Training:

• Successful candidates will be trained according to international best practices in the insurance industry.

Qualification/Requirements

• HND/B.Sc qualification
• Age: 25years - 40 years
