ESTATE SURVEYOR & VALUER
QUALIFICATION:
BSC or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience
Must be computer literate
Good marketing and communication skills
Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
Professional qualification – ANIVS will be an added advantage

NB:
For the Management Department, candidates must have experience in the management of commercial and residential properties
For the Agency Department, candidates must have flair for sales and letting of properties.


ESTATE OFFICER
QUALIFICATION:
OND holder from a reputable institution in Nigeria
Resident in Lagos
Good marketing and communication skills

PUPIL ESTATE SURVEYOR
QUALIFICATION:
BSC or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience
Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market
Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
Good marketing and communication skills
