Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for an Executive Assistant - Business Development and Strategy.
• The Executive Assistant - Business Development and Strategy will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Business Development and Strategy team, coordinating and managing projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• The Executive Assistant - Business Development and Strategy will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in financial services
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management, business strategy, and research and analytics is a plus
• 3+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a relevant role
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
