Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, located in Lagos.
• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative and business development assistance and support, managing expense reports, and overseeing diary management.
• Additional tasks include handling administrative assistance duties and ensuring smooth daily operations in coordination with the CEO.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Expertise in Executive Support and Diary Management
• Experience in the oil and gasIndustry is a must
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Proximity to the office location is an added advantage.
• Experience in the preparation and submission of bid
• Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in Business Development
