- Managerial experience with considerable knowledge of preparing bid document and quotation
- Should be an ex-staff of a multinational dredging outfit
- Should have attended a kit of management courses in lieu of MBA or professional management qualifications
Years of Experience:
- 8-12 years experience (Expatriate preferably)
