Job Description

• Are you a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a track record of successful projects under your belt? We're seeking a dynamic professional with over 15 years of experience in managing construction projects to join our team.
• Your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Apply your expertise in quantity surveying or related fields within the building industry to accurately estimate project costs and resource allocation.
• Utilize your deep knowledge of project management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to facilitate planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Background in quantity surveying or allied professions within the building industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
