Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Role Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Supervisor oversee the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of the organization's facilities.
• The role ensures that all building systems, infrastructure, and equipment function optimally while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and repair of building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
• Ensure that facilities are safe, clean, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise security and safety measures, including fire safety, access control, and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and facility-related expenditures.
• Ensure timely response to facility-related requests and complaints from employees.
• Oversee office space allocation, furniture arrangements, and facility upgrades as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for facility repairs, security, cleaning, and maintenance services.
• Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and repair costs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA, OSHA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or operations.
