Factory Supervisor / Manager in a Table Water Bottling Factory

Hobark International Limited - Our client, a Table Water Bottling Factory is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Supervisor / Manager
Location: Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the entire production process of sachet and bottle water, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and control inventory levels to meet production demands.
Collaborate with suppliers and maintain effective relationships to ensure a consistent supply chain.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements

A minimum of B.A / B.Sc / HND qualification.
Youngish, dynamic, numeric, and articulate with at least 5 - 10 years experience.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as a Factory Manager for 5 - 10 years bottle water industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
