Zee rice is a Nigerian multinational publicly traded Rice manufacturer and Producer, headquartered in Taraba State. The company is engaged in the manufacture, preparation, Producing, packaging, and distribution of Rice and related products in Nigeria and has a Factory terminal in Wukari, Taraba State. Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Details

We are searching for a dependable Skilled Labourer to join our excellent production crew.
The Skilled Labourer’s responsibilities include ensuring worksites are clean and safe, erecting scaffolding, spreading gravel, using drills, jackhammers, and other power tools, and providing assistance with heavy machinery.
You should also be able to take instruction from superiors and complete on-the-job training.

Tasks

Moving materials to the worksite and ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up.
Operating equipment like drills, pneumatic hammers, shovels, pikes, and other heavy machinery.
Assisting with various electrical and plumbing installation procedures.
Attending meetings and workshops.
Completing on-the-job training.
Ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines.
Obeying health and safety codes, as well as the company’s principles.
Removing hazardous materials from sites.
Performing site and equipment inspections.

Qualifications and requirements

High school diploma or equivalent;
A good understanding of safety procedures.
Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
Close Proximity to the factory would be of great advantage in terms of consideration. I.e The applicant must be residing in Wukari, Taraba State.
Great hand, eye, and foot coordination.
Willingness to learn and be flexible.
