A reputable Logistics company is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the company and customers (acting as the company gatekeeper), and assisting with orders, complaints, errors, and lots of other queries.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Assist in developing, presenting, and implementing policies and procedures to make sure company customers have a satisfactory experience.
Promote company’s product and services.
Perform any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience working with customer support.
Excellent communication skills
Good composure and good dress sense. First impression matters!
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications - MS Excel, Word and Power point
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or ups
