Our digital platform delivers scalable and verifiable sexual reproductive health services for young people in 5 main markets in Sub Saharan Africa - Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, South Africa and Burkina Faso. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use sexual and reproductive health services. We also support our users in becoming micro-entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.

Job Title: Field Operations Lead

Location: Abuja (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

The Job

  • The Field Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient implementation of the field operations in Nigeria.
  • You ensure that all program activities are implemented according to donor agreements and strategy.

Responsibilities
You'll also be responsible for:

  • Lead day-to-day programme operations, ensuring strong alignment with Tiko’s strategy;
  • Work closely with the Country Director on giving operational insight to all strategies and projects and team performance.
  • Use data and insights to drive improvements in service delivery and field efficient;
  • Build capacity of mobilizers through training, supervision, and mentorship;
  • Strengthen partnerships with service providers, government, and stakeholders to expand reach and impact;
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation to grow Tiko’s footprint and referral networks.

Requirements

  • A Degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience working on community projects with adolescents and young people on health-related issues.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster strong partnerships.
  • Skilled in team capacity building and driving results against KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading teams in field operations, M&E, or programme delivery within an NGO in Kenya.
  • Background in SGBV, HIV, or Sexual & Reproductive Health (clinical or programme settings).
  • You are currently based in Abuja, Nigeria (mandatory);

  • Salary: N2,488,789 - N3,110,986 (Gross) monthly (We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues)
