Job Title: Filing and Documentation Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC

Description

  • We are seeking a diligent and well-organized Filing and Documentation Officer to join our team as an NYSC member.
  • The ideal candidate must be a Law graduate with strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proper filing, organization, and maintenance of physical and electronic documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
  • Support compliance and internal documentation processes.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of company files.
  • Assist with preparation, review, and documentation of legal and operational records.

Requirements

  • Must be a Law graduate currently serving or awaiting deployment under the NYSC scheme.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of legal documentation and office procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage records efficiently.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
