Finance Executive at Total Secure Nigeria

We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Executive Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecast.
Publish monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Prepare invoices.
Payroll administration.
Ensure timely payments.
Compute taxes and prepare/ensure tax returns.
Manage balance sheets
Report on company's health and liquidity.

Requirements

B.Sc in Accounting or Finance.
ACCA / ICAN.
Must be resident in Abuja.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the same role.
Excellent knowledge of account regulations, principles and procedures
Hands on Experience with Freshbook and Quick book.
Advanced MS Excel.
Strong attention to details.
