Programme Overview

• At FirstExcelsia, we place emphasis on growing talents. We offer paid internship opportunities for graduates and undergraduates to gain practical experience in developing & deploying bespoke + glocalised HR solutions.
• This internship programme however, is strictly for Corps Members who have been deployed to Lagos State.

Basic Selection Criteria

• Second Class Upper Division from a recognised institution.
• Applicant must be a Batch B Stream 1 Corps Member currently deployed to Lagos State.
• Good research skill.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Candidate must not be older than 28 years.

Other Opportunities

• Interns who meet set expectations within the internship period will be given the opportunity to be absorbed as full time staff and kick off a career in HR and Management Consulting.
